Specialising in rehabilitation and work with the elderlyYoga at Home offers one-to-one and small group tuition. Here you can find out about work I do, my previous experience and expertise. Yoga is defined as balance and integration between body, mind and spirit. I believe that everybody can experience the benefits of yoga practice. My approach to yoga is through exploring the relationship between the body, mind, gravity and space. This is achieved by performing the yoga postures mindfully with care and respect for our bodies. Gently and gradually, we find more flexibility and strength in our bodies, improved state of mind and decreased stress. I have worked with the elderly and people with disabilities for the past 25 years. When I began practicing yoga, and experiencing increased physical and mental wellbeing, I thought about the many patients that I had worked with and how they could also benefit.
